Gemini Rosemont adds Kong to asset management team

New asset manager position to support company’s West Coast portfolio

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. – April 30, 2019 – Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate investment company with holdings of over 8.3 million square feet of commercial office space, has added Christie Kong to its asset management team.

Kong is the asset manager responsible for Gemini Rosemont’s West Coast portfolio, including four properties comprised of 1.2 million square feet of Class A office space. The properties include the ESET Building at 610 West Ash at Little Italy (San Diego, Calif.), Clipper (Belmont, Calif.), One Twelfth @ Twelfth (Bellevue, Wash.) and Central Technology Park (Santa Clara, Calif.).

Kong brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to the position, including most recently serving as General Manager of the ESET Building at 610 West Ash at Little Italy while with Meissner Jacquet Investment Management. Concurrently, Kong was Business Development Manager for the firm. Kong has held property management positions with Emmes Realty Services of California, Equity Office Properties and Meissner Jacquet.

Kong received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of California – San Diego. She serves as a board member for the Little Italy Association Board of Directors. Kong earned the Real Property Administrator designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and holds a California Real Estate Sales License.
