Gemini Rosemont Select McArtor as Property Manager for Warren Place in Tulsa

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – June 1, 2020 – Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate, a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm, has named Rachel McArtor property manager for Warren Place, a two-tower, 959,928 square foot Class A office property in Tulsa, Okla.

McArtor now manages both Warren Place One and Warren Place Two, comprised of 470,025 square feet and 489,903 square feet, respectively.

In addition to overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the property, McArtor is responsible for proactively and positively responding to tenant’s concerns and maximizing the investment objectives of the owners and investors. She oversees the team of six employees, including the administrative, engineering, janitorial and day porters to run the two office towers.

“Warren Place is a critical component of our portfolio and is our largest single asset based on square footage. It was essential that we find the right person to provide management oversight and quality customer service to our high-profile tenants, and we have found that person in Rachel,” said Helen Rivero, Gemini Rosemont’s chief operating officer. “Rachel was our top pick to manage the iconic Warren Place office towers after conducting a thorough national search.”

Prior to joining Gemini Rosemont, McArtor was Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Medxcel Facilities, a subsidiary of Ascension Health. Her responsibilities included performing leasing, property management, facilities management, budgeting, operations and construction services for a 400-plus lease portfolio.

Previously, she was Senior Vice President of Facilities and Security Management for Arvest Bank in Tulsa, where she directed all aspects of facilities maintenance, property management and security operations for 39 branches, 44 total facilities and eight standalone ATMs, with a team of 12 direct reports and an operating budget of $10 million-plus. During her career, she has held positions with Cintas Corporation and Capital Investor’s Realty, among others.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oklahoma Christian.

Tenants at Warren Place include Merrill Lynch, Linde Process Plants, TD Williamson and Trust Company of Oklahoma. Currently, One Warren Place has office suites ranging from 1,843 square feet to 22,963 square feet available and Two Warren Place has 1,953 square feet to 26,730 square feet suites available.
