Gemini Rosemont signs Schlumberger to lease extension at Denver Energy Center

Gemini Rosemont, LLC, a leading real estate investment company with holdings of approximately eight million square feet of commercial office space, has signed Schlumberger to a long-term lease extension at Denver Energy Center at 1675 Broadway in Denver.

Schlumberger is the world’s leading provider of technology for reservoir characterization, drilling, production, and processing to the oil and gas industry. Schlumberger employs approximately 100,000 people representing more than 140 nationalities working in more than 85 countries.

Schlumberger has been a tenant at Denver Energy Center since 2008, with approximately 250 employees in sales, service and support operations for oil production products and technology occupying 84,000 square feet on six floors of the 28-floor building.

“Schlumberger is a valued tenant at Denver Energy Center and we couldn’t be more pleased that they have extended their lease,” said Tim Farrell, senior vice president for Gemini Rosemont. “This lease renewal is a testament to Gemini Rosemont and our onsite team’s commitment to providing the highest quality experience for our tenants.”

Recent amenity upgrades are the completed modernization of the fitness center in 2017 which includes men’s and women’s locker rooms with private shower/dressing areas, 20 lockers and an extended vanity area. The studio and workout areas offer a full complement of exercise equipment, from hand weights and kettle bells to the newest cardio machines and TRX training system.

The all new conference center, which accommodates up to 150 people in different configurations, and offers technology services, including multiple monitors for presentations, was also completed in 2017.

CBRE’s Anthony Albanese and Keven Saxe represented the tenant in the negotiations, while CBRE along with JLL’s Andy Ross represented the owner.

Other tenants in the building include Noble Energy, Inc., KeyBank, SCR Energy, Inc., among others.

Suites ranging from 1,500 to 14,000 square feet are currently available, according to Farrell.
