Transactions represent nearly 44,000 square feet of absorption in past 12 months

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – January 25, 2020 – Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate, a leading real estate investment company with holdings of approximately eight million square feet of commercial office space, has signed Hargrove Engineers + Constructors to a 18,900 square foot, full floor lease at Houston’s 12000 Aerospace building.

The new lease is the latest transaction representing nearly 44,000 square feet of long-term leases signed at 12000 Aerospace in the past 12 months.

Hargrove, founded in Mobile, Alabama, is a full-service EPC (engineering, procurement, construction management), controls and automation, life sciences, and technical services firm serving energy generation, manufacturing, government, and industrial clients in long-term support relationships. Approximately 90 Hargrove teammates will populate the office space, Hargrove’s fourth in Texas, beginning in April 2021, to accommodate the expansion needs of local client relationships, according to company officials.

Stream Realty Partner’s Houston office broker Matthew Asvestas represented Gemini Rosemont in the transaction, while Charlie Neuhaus with NAI Partners represented the Hargrove Engineers + Constructors.
