Dallas based executive earns top honors from nationally recognized commercial real estate news outlet

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – April 13, 2020 – Helen Rivero, president of Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate’s Central region, has been named to GlobeSt.com’s Best Bosses 2021.

Rivero, who is based in Dallas, has been with Gemini Rosemont since 2012 and is a member of the senior leadership team. She was nominated for the annual honor by multiple employees located in four different cities.

Gemini Rosemont is a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm specializing in Class A multi-tenant office properties, with approximately eight million square feet of commercial office assets under management valued at $1.4 billion.

Rivero oversees a team of 57 employees and an additional 13 third-party partners to oversee a portfolio comprised of approximately six million square feet of commercial office space in 35 buildings across 13 U.S. states with an approximate value of $770 million, including 13 buildings in Texas.

This year’s Best Bosses recognized 43 individuals and seven two-person teams with the honors. The honorees were selected based on their business acumen, how well they treat their employees and the type of culture and environment they set at their firms by editors at GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum. Both are publications of ALM, a business-to-business information and intelligence media company that delivers premium content to professionals in the legal, financial services, benefits, consulting, property and casualty insurance, and real estate industries.

Rivero has over 27 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Gemini Rosemont, Rivero was vice president of Joint Venture Asset Management at Crescent Real Estate Equities. She has been responsible for managing portfolio assets for some of the nation’s top commercial real estate companies, including Morgan Stanley Partnerships, Archon Group / Goldman, Sachs & Company, and Crescent Realty.

Rivero is an active member of NAREIM (National Association of Real Estate Investment Management) and is currently a member of the Inclusion & Diversity Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science with an emphasis in finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
