Company Directory – Please Update Your Contact Information
Dear Gemini Rosemont Staff,
The GRid features a company directory with every employees primary contact information, and the option of adding your cell phone. Since many of us are working from home, please take the time to update your contact information and add your cell phone to ensure your colleagues can reach you.
Please follow the steps below to update your profile and add your cell phone:
1. In the grid, search for your name in the contacts square and click the profile icon (will redirect to “Delve” with all your information)

2. Click Update Profile

3. Click Add Mobile

4. Enter your Mobile Number and click

This will then push to the GRid and be the Alternate number visible when looking up any contacts.

If you’d like to setup call forwarding from your office number, please send a ticket to Support@GeminiRosemont.com with your office number and cell phone and we will configure call forwarding for you.
