COVID-19 Company Update

As most of you have heard, due to the COVID-19 virus, the New Mexico Governor’s office is asking that New Mexico citizens should stay at home and undertake only those outings absolutely necessary for their health, safety, or welfare.

Because your health and safety are of utmost importance, we encourage you to work remotely until further notice. We will continue to evaluate the situation and will notify you if we make changes to this announcement.

If you have items in the office that you need to access in order to continue to work remotely, we suggest you come to the office on Tuesday, March 24, to pick up those items. At this time, the office will remain accessible should you need to pick up items at another time, but as the situation evolves that might change.

Please make sure you adhere to the following guidelines for working remotely:
– Please adhere to the same work schedule as you would if you were working from your office
– Our normal hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
– Please log on to VPN and/or other online tools that you normally use and be available throughout normal hours of operation
– If you opt to take PTO, please log on to UltiPro to submit it
– Please forward your office phone to your cell phone
– Update your personal cell phone and personal email in UltiPro in case we need to contact you
– Use the company-sponsored Zoom software to conduct meetings with colleagues, tenants, investors, vendors and other constituencies
– Please set up a dedicated workplace so that it has a professional background for video conferencing
– Please dress appropriately, as you would for working from the office

Please note that all the buildings owned and operated by Gemini Rosemont remain open under the category of “essential businesses” as of today and the property management team will be relying on your ongoing support to meet the needs of our tenants.
